Mess-ozoic: Fossils

Bones created for Mess-ozoic, a casual puzzle-adventure game with a modular skeleton creator. I ended up making a procedural material for these skeletons in Quixel Mixer (free alternative to Substance Painter), since hand-painting each one would have taken quite a while. All of the skeletons had to be assembled with considerations for the modular skeleton creator. Turnarounds for the triceratops and the stegosaurus skeletons were created by: https://www.artstation.com/tiffanyscottjohnson

Available to play now at: https://ratherbefishing.itch.io/messozoic

Sketch I made very early on in the project to get a handle on how to simplify and stylize our skeletons.

Another sketch from early on - this time focusing on stylizing the material and the planes of the bones.
